When you come for your appointment it is important that you follow social distancing rules.
This is a residential address not a retail store.

Please place your device on the door step and ring the bell and please step back a minimum of 2 metres.
In the case of bad weather please keep hold of your device and pass it to the technician
at a distance, we sanitise all devices when we receive them for safety.

We will advise how long the repair will take to complete and we advise waiting in your vehicle
whilst the repair is completed unless advised differently.

Once the repair is completed we will place your device on the step and we ask
that you collect your device and place the payment in cash on the doorstep.

Please note we are unable to accept card payments at the out of hours address
We are only able to accept Cash payment or if this is not possible Bank transfer

A full receipt will be provided to you following completion of the repair.

As a precaution we will sanitise every device before and after repair
