Absolutely brilliant personal service. Josh is not your average tech 'geek'! Very friendly and everything sorted in a time period convenient for my schedule.

Went in for booked screen replacement, returned to be told screen was OK, only smashed stick on glass screen protector. Charged £7 instead of £70. It's a bit out of the way if you don't have a car but worth it for the peace of mind, you can trust this guy. Trust is very important when you're leaving your phone with a stranger.

Took less than 5 minutes to Book online on 28/12/16 for a next day appointment. I arrived at 9:30 am next day and my iPhone 6+'s shattered display was replaced within 30 minutes and I was back home by 10am. The phone looks great and I couldn't be more satisfied and for an extra fiver I had a tempered glass protector fitted. To think that Apple quoted me £260 + postage and up to 10 calendar days to return and this repair cost better than 1/3 of this and was all done and sorted within 12 hours at a time that suited me. Friendly service and you can sit and wait or have a brief stroll to the local shops while the work is being done.

I must say what a lovely experience I received today (12/10/17) at mobitech Retford. I had the misfortune to crack the screen on my iPhone 6 plus, I went into the store and was greeted by Sophie. She was very pleasant took a look at my phone, checked for stock and said it be about 45 minutes. I returned to the shop after 45 minutes and the phone was repaired ready to go. Brilliant job.

After approaching Apple for my MacBook Pro to be repaired, they wanted over £500. The Mobitech Manager (Sophie) was incredibly efficient, quick and professional. I must be honest, because they provided such a very competitive/ value for money quote, I did think is this going to work. To Mobitech's credit, they were outstanding in terms of the promises they made and the quality and speed of the repair. Fast service and much cheaper than going directly to Apple! The staff are friendly and efficient. I got my iphone repaired whilst I waited which was a huge relief as I need my phone for work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store.
