Our Current Operational Status

All our retail stores are closed in line with the orders from the Government.
We appreciate that at this time people need their phones and devices, so we are offering a very limited repair service to help those that have a broken phone or tablet during this time.
Our advice is if you can still use your device on a day to day basis to wait and get it repaired once we reopen.
If your device is need an urgent repair we will still be offering repairs by appointment only.
If you wish to arrange a repair and are able to get to Swallownest we are offering repairs using the out of hours service. To book an appointment please click here to be taken to our booking system.
If you are unable to leave the house, we are also still offering our postal repair option and we have now added a collection service where we will arrange collection of your device and return via DPD. All you have to do is find your repair on the website, add it to the cart and then choose the DPD shipping option. Once you have paid through PayPal we will email you a shipping label, and arrange collection the next working day to have the device collected. You will be notified on the day of collection an hour timescale from DPD so you know exactly when they will arrive. Once we receive your device we will repair and arrange a return to you.
We will not have access to the Swallownest telephone line during this closure, but we will be monitoring email, WhatsApp and Facebook during this time.
