If you have purchased a device repair using the Royal Mail Special Delivery option please follow the steps below to send your device to us

  1.  Package up your device so its secure and well protected.  Include your order number within the package (you can find this in your confirmation e-mail)
  2. Send the device to the following address, we advise using Royal Mail Special Delivery service, but always ensure your package is trackable.

  3. Once we receive your device we will carry out the requested repairs and once its ready to be shipped back, you will receive a notification e-mail.

 

If you have selected the DPD collection service, please package your device up keeping the dimensions of the package within the following – 40cm x 30cm x 15cm

We will email you normally within the next 24 hours with a PDF postage label which you must print and fix securely to the parcel.  We will also advise the day on which it will be collected.  On the day of the collection you will receive a text/email from DPD usually before 9am to advise of the hour collection window.
