If you have purchased a device repair please follow the steps below to send your device to us

  1.  Package up your device so its secure and well protected.  Include your order number within the package (you can find this in your confirmation e-mail)
  2. Send the device to the following address, we advise using Royal Mail Special Delivery service, but always ensure your package is trackable.

  3. Once we receive your device we will carry out the requested repairs and once its ready to be shipped back, you will receive a notification e-mail.
