Enter a few personal details and you’ll know instantly if you’re approved

Step 3

Klarna will send you an email confirmation and reminders when it’s time to pay and you can manage your orders and payments in the Klarna app.

Pay in 3 interest-free instalments

Spread the cost of your purchase into 3 interest-free instalments. The first payment is made at point of purchase, with remaining instalments scheduled automatically every 30 days. No interest or fees. Select the Klarna option and enter your debit or credit card information. To check your eligibility, Klarna will perform a soft search with a credit reference agency. This will not affect your credit score.

Below are some of the common questions we get asked, but if you have a question that’s not answered below please contact Mobitech or Klarna for more information.

 

  • Are there any additional fees or interest?
    • Klarna does not charge fees or interest as long as the payments are made on time (Details of any default charges will be outlined in your agreement with Klarna).  Mobitech Group Limited may charge an additional fee of up to 4% of the total transaction value to cover the processing costs Klarna charges us when providing this service to you.  We will advise of any additional charges before the process is started to apply for Klarna credit.
  • Can I use Klarna as a payment method in store?
    • Right now Klarna can only be used on our website as we are waiting for integrations to be completed into our till system to allow Klarna to be used in store (estimated completion around 14th December 2021.  Until then if you wish to use Klarna in store please purchase your desired repair online by adding the repair to the website basket and completing checkout.  On the delivery service section please select the option for bringing into store.  Once your application with Klarna has been approved please contact us direct to arrange to bring your device in for repair in store.  If you are unsure or need any help, please come into store and we can help you complete the process.
  • Is there a minimum spend amount to be able to use Klarna?
    • No! You can use Klarna for any value at Mobitech.  Please ensure you don’t spend more than you can afford however.
  • Are there any restrictions on what products or services I can pay for using Klarna?
    • Absolutely not, you can use Klarna to pay whether it’s for a repair on your device or you are buying one of our refurbished devices.
  • What happens if I need a refund for whatever reason?
    • We will let Klarna know that a refund is due as soon as we agree this with you.  Any payments that Klarna have taken will be refunded, and if any payments are still due these will be cancelled.  If Mobitech has applied any processing charges in the amount, these may not be refunded depending on the circumstances of why the refund is being issued – this will be discussed with you of course if applicable.
